Are you ready to make an impact? Our Client Services team is seeking a Senior Communications Strategist who is passionate about storytelling and wants to help shape the narrative for some of the UK’s most influential companies. We believe in the power of a well-told story to inspire change, motivate action, and ultimately make the world a better place. If that resonates with you, read on.
As a Senior Communications Strategist, you will:
Drive New Business: Build and nurture relationships with senior managers at major UK-based businesses. You’ll identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and build trust to win new clients.
Develop Bespoke Strategies: Craft, commercialise, and deliver bespoke corporate communication strategies that support reputation management and build strong cultures aligned with the purpose, mission, and vision of our clients.
Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate deep, trusting relationships both internally and externally. Be someone that clients and colleagues can rely on—someone who brings energy and positivity, making even the most intense projects productive and enjoyable.
Act as a Strategic Advisor: Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams to create messaging frameworks that strengthen trust and transparency. Be comfortable building trust with senior leaders, and finding opportunities to organically expand our service offerings.
Lead with Passion: You’ll motivate your team by embodying the passion for storytelling that defines our work. You’ll foster a supportive environment where your team feels encouraged to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Deliver with Precision: Manage projects to tight timelines and specifications, ensuring that quality isn’t compromised and that the well-being of the team is respected. You’ll be adept at planning and keeping projects on track without overextending the team.
Present with Impact: You will be a compelling and confident presenter, able to communicate ideas with clarity and enthusiasm, leaving lasting impressions that inspire action.
Drive Reputation and Build Trust: Design and implement initiatives that strengthen positive external perceptions through a cohesive, authentic, and trust-oriented culture. Create opportunities for us to lead content and campaigns that position client organisations as trustworthy, purpose-driven, and socially responsible.

Someone with 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or reputation management, ideally within an agency or consultancy setting.

A strategic vision with the ability to translate corporate goals into impactful communication and engagement strategies.
An experienced individual skilled in overseeing comprehensive projects encompassing brand repositioning, internal communications alignment and investor relations.
