Chapter One

Purpose as the cornerstone

When a company decides its sustainability story can stand alone, it marks a new level of maturity, and a bold signal to the market.

For Norcros, purpose is the cornerstone of strategy. Defined by its ambition to create products and connections that offer sustainable choices for better living, the Group has a deeply embedded sense of responsibility in both how the Group grows and its collective sustainable impact.

In 2025, the Company reached an inflection point. Confident in the credibility of its own sustainability story, Norcros published its first standalone Sustainability Report alongside a dedicated microsite. The communication positioned the Norcros ‘powerful choice’ at the heart of what it meant to offer its B2B customers, and the end consumer, sustainable options for ‘better living’.

Chapter Two

What makes Norcros investable

What sets Norcros apart is the Group’s distinctiveness. It directly aligns to its investability – that is, its clarity of purpose, the resilience of its decentralised model and a culture that empowers people to deliver performance excellence. The Group has ambitious targets, and a strategy structured to enable measurable progress towards its three ESG commitments: People, Product and Planet. This transparent approach is not simply about responsibility; it’s about long-term growth in a sector where sustainability is fast becoming the mark of Norcros’ leadership.

Chapter Three

Culture as a competitive engine

The report spotlights how the purpose and newly launched ‘Keys’ – Care, Courage, Connection and Common Sense – is shaping performance across Norcros’ brands. Delivered through the #BeSomeone employee value proposition, it’s uniting colleagues behind a shared vision, and fostering an inclusive environment where talent can grow and thrive. Furthermore, recognition as a great place to work in Ireland and South Africa, the ongoing investment in colleagues and developing a culture where everyone has the opportunity to make a difference, reinforces the vital connection between its people and performance.

At the same time, the Group is delivering proof points that reinforce its market position. A 22% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2023, freight partnerships with Maersk using eco-fuel to cut emissions by up to 85%, and a new Sustainable Products Framework to reshape how Norcros innovates and operates. Flagship products such as Triton’s ENVi® energy-saving shower and Grant Westfield’s recyclable Naturepanel demonstrate how design, performance and sustainability are all converging.

Set within this context, Norcros has signalled its distinctiveness as a business and the maturity of its ESG strategy.

In combination: the Annual Report, Sustainability Report and microsite deliver a complete, interconnected picture of how the Group creates value for its investors, partners, colleagues and customers – today and in the future. It also signals maturity, confidence and ambition – a powerful choice for better living, and for continued sustainable growth.
